The big living room/kitchen has a large open wood burning stove and a sofa bed. This leads onto a 4.30m x 3m private patio complete with retractable sun awning, table chairs and barbecue. From here can be seen the lovely well stocked flower gardens and extensive lawns, the fishpond complete with tinkling fountains and a large barbecue with tables and chairs for 22 people. The grounds are totally secure with masses of space to play games.
The gite Gascogne has a good sized double bedroom (with shower room adjacent) and leading off that is another bedroom, with bunk beds, suitable for children up to 10 years old.

Surrounding the fenced/alarmed salt water pool which has steps at one end and slopes to a depth of 2m are further gardens and terrace with the huge banana trees providing welcome shade. Sun loungers, parasols and a shower are provided.
Guests can enjoy the indoor playroom complete with table tennis and board games whilst there is a further "quiet" room adjoining.
