On the ground floor is an open plan living room with comfy sofas and chairs and DVC/Video/TV. Leading off from the living room is the well appointed kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, full sized cooker and a dishwasher.
The French windows open onto a private 5m x 3.4m covered terrace with table and chairs and barbecue. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an additional single bed - if required - a shower room and a WC. Upstairs you will find a prestigious large double bedroom (in which can easily be placed a cot or another single bed) with fantastic relaxing views of the countryside. Across the landing is a shower room and WC and then a further bedroom with three single beds.
Just a step from the terrace takes you onto the extensive lush lawns which are surrounded by cascades of flowers and bushes and you can hear the gentle tinkling of the fountain in the fishpond. Beside the fishpond is a large shaded barbecue with a generous seating area. There are extensive secure areas to sit in the sun or in the shade of a tree, play games or ride bikes.

Surrounding the fenced/alarmed 11 x 5 metre salt water pool, which has steps at one end and slopes to a depth of 2m, are abundant flowering gardens and a large sun terrace with the huge banana trees providing welcome shade. Sun loungers, paddling pool, parasols and a shower are also provided.
